Hi John, my grandmother’s maiden name was Davidson, her father authored a book back in the 1800s entitled Davidson David’son Davisson. I don’t have it, and I can’t recall the actual spelling of the second Davidson. It was printed but never paid for, I was told, so all the copies were destroyed. The Iowa state historical society has the manuscript. I ordered a copy but can’t put my hands on it now. It goes back before the pilgrims came to this continent if you are interested. We’re likely related in some way. So sad what’s being done to our nation and its population !Percy
