Am I missing something? Where is the timeframe reference for this uncategorized ~$4.7tt? One year? Ten? What kind of exposure are we talking about here?
Good question! I'm not sure but my guess is it's probably around 50 years max. However, if you start at the original conception date of the department of treasury (1789) you could in theory extrapolate this out 236 years. That would still be 19,915,254,237.28 per year. That's 19 billion, every year, for 236 years.
No computer financial program system can process payments without a payment code. Even the lower end accounting packages ie as SAP, MYOB, Attache, Xero etc are able to generate/process any payments without a payment code.

Start with the largest transactions from 2024 and trace the routing of funds. Then, trace the largest transactions from 2023, etc. For now, focus on where the big payments were routed. It's hard to believe that this could not be done.
I know exactly what this is: to leave this field blank is the way a criminal keeps the documentation from becoming known. If you can’t trace it, you have no direct evidence. Every embezzler knows that trick. That’s part of the reason the Inspector General people were fired! They didn’t do their jobs! Again, no accountability equals no consequences!

DOGE is the "Ministry of Truth" from George Orwell's 1984. Please stick to providing real news not State propaganda. DOGE has no authority to audit anything. DOGE was a renaming of the United States Digital Service. What they were given authority to do is update the software for government systems to artificial intelligence so they could evade transparency to avoid FOIA requests. Government is being converted from human governance to AI governance in the name of "efficiency".
