After 827 days, a Navarre mother has her daughter back — and Florida’s child-welfare system is finally being forced to answer for how this happened.

On June 10, 2026, Kenlee Zuraff walked back through the door of her family’s home in Navarre.

For two years, three months, and four days, that sentence was the prayer of a single mother, a sister, a community, and thousands of people across the country who watched a five-year-old girl with cystic fibrosis taken from her driveway and sent six hours away.

She is eight now. She is home.

That is the headline. Everything else is the story of how a family had to fight the State of Florida to make it true — and why that fight is not finished.

The afternoon that was supposed to close a case

March 6, 2024, started as an ordinary Navarre afternoon. Joy Zuraff had taken her then-five-year-old daughter, Kenlee, to the park. Swings. Sunshine. A short break from the daily work of raising a child with cystic fibrosis — the vests, the nebulizers, the medications, the second opinions.

A friend called. The Department of Children and Families was coming by, the friend said. Just a look. They were going to close the case.

Instead, DCF workers arrived with armed Santa Rosa County deputies. Body-camera footage later showed the scene that shocked the country: a mother on her own driveway, asking why her little girl was being taken “because of one medication,” while state workers accused her of refusing treatment and predicted a lung transplant if she did not comply.

Joy has always said she was not denying care. She was seeking a second opinion. She was asking hard questions about a CFTR modulator that carries an FDA black-box warning, including risks to the liver. She was a mother doing what mothers are supposed to do when the stakes are a child’s lungs.

The state called it medical neglect. Within minutes, Kenlee was gone.

She was moved through hospitals and then into a medical foster placement in the Jacksonville area — roughly six hours from home. For nearly two years, Joy and Kenlee’s sister made the weekly drive: twelve hours on the road for a visit with a child who belonged in her own bed.

What the video showed — and what the system tried to hide

The bodycam did not show a child in present danger. It showed a home with CF treatment equipment in the common area. It showed a mother who knew her daughter’s medications well enough that the workers themselves asked her how to administer them. It showed no emergency, no chaos, no imminent harm.

DCF later said a short clip “does not capture the full scope or context.” The Governor’s communications office said the facts did not support the accusations being made in public. The department declared the child “safe and no longer in imminent danger.”

What the public saw was a mother losing her daughter over a treatment disagreement — and a bureaucracy that would rather take a child than tolerate a parent who asked questions.

Doctors’ statements were used against her. Social workers’ characterizations hardened into court filings. The agency moved toward termination of parental rights. Two years in the life of a child with cystic fibrosis is not an administrative delay. It is a childhood.

Then the political powerhouses walked in

The case did not move because the system suddenly remembered its own statute — the one that says family ties should be preserved whenever possible. It moved when people with names the agency could not ignore walked into the room.

Retired local nurses Sherry Chapman and Cindy Smith refused to let the file die in a drawer. They carried it to Tallahassee.

“We the Patriots” first elevated this case to national attention and raised $23,000 for legal costs.

Stephanie Hansen and Dale Richardson promoted Joy’s case, sharing the bodycam footage and an interview with Joy prior to her gag order.

Sen. Don Gaetz, Joy’s own Northwest Florida senator, made the case his business. He said aloud what families in this circuit have said for years: very little had been done for two years, and a lot needed to be done soon. He said the department’s sudden interest in reunification appeared to exist because four senators were watching.

Keri Pitzer is a member of Sen. Don Gaetz staff and was instrumental in getting this case attention.

Sen. Jason Pizzo, a Miami attorney and former prosecutor, took Joy’s case pro bono. He drove the length of the state to stand next to a Navarre mother the system had tried to silence. He called what he found “a system set up to fail, forcing a mother to drive six hours each way just to visit her child.” Then he said the sentence the Legislature needed to hear: Shame on all of us.

Sen. Jennifer Bradley and Sen. Erin Grall joined them. In the House, Rep. Nathan Boyles pledged support. The four senators pressed DCF while the agency’s own secretary was seeking confirmation. Reunification stopped being a slogan and became a plan.

In April 2026, Kenlee was finally moved out of Jacksonville and placed with a foster caregiver in Santa Rosa County — back in her own judicial circuit, close enough for a mother to be a mother again. Pizzo walked out of court and said the process was going well.

On June 10, 2026, the process produced the only result that ever mattered.

Kenlee came home.

What homecoming does — and does not — settle

The law still requires a period of supervision. As of the September 4 hearing at the Santa Rosa County Courthouse, the case is expected to close in December, after the statutory six months. Pizzo has already said that requirement should be revisited — three months, not six, when a child has already lost two years.

Joy remains under Judge Duncan’s gag order. Leaving court on September 4, she could not tell the cameras what those 827 days felt like. She could say one thing. The crowd heard it.

“Pizzo for President.”

The room answered her.

Homecoming is not the same as justice. A child was taken across the state over a medical disagreement, kept away from her mother and sister, and returned only after senators, nurses, neighbors, a mural on Pensacola’s Graffiti Bridge, prayer vigils at the courthouse, national coverage, and two years of public pressure made inaction more expensive than doing the right thing.

That is not how a child-protection system is supposed to work.

The grand jury said the quiet part

Days before that September courthouse press conference, a Fifth Judicial Circuit grand jury described DCF in language the agency cannot spin:

“Heartbreaking, systemic patterns of neglect and abuse.”
“Operational failures.”
“Failing catastrophically.”

Senators Gaetz, Pizzo, Bradley, and Grall answered with a joint statement that should be carved into the wall at DCF headquarters:

“The Grand Jury’s report confirms many of the serious concerns we encountered about practices of the Department and its contractors in the wrongful termination of parents’ rights, including grossly incompetent casework, cruel treatment of children, unqualified clinical personnel, wasteful and improper use of funds, and numbingly bureaucratic obstacles. This report makes clear that these are not isolated problems but systemic failures.”

Gaetz stood on the courthouse steps and said it a second time: We have a systemic failure of the governmental agency that is supposed to protect and support Florida’s children and Florida’s families.

Dozens of other families showed up that morning with their own files. They described collusion, fraudulent assertions used to take and keep children, grandparents frozen out, and a State Attorney’s office that would not take the evidence. They are not footnotes to Kenlee’s story. They are the reason her story had to become a movement.

Effective October 1, FamiliesFirst Network will no longer run child-welfare case management in the First Judicial Circuit. New contractors are coming in. Changing the logo on the badge is not reform. Changing the law is.'

What reform now looks like in Tallahassee

Senator Gaetz is drafting legislation with Pizzo, Bradley, and Grall. The bill is still being written. The principles are not.

Among the provisions he put on the record September 4:

• Limit DCF’s power to seek termination of parental rights, and require the secretary of DCF — not a low-level bureaucrat — to review and approve every TPR request.

• Give parents real due process: the right to present evidence, dispute false information, and challenge the agency without fear of reprisal.

• Put legal consequences on falsified documents and false statements made to courts.

• End the practice of shipping children hundreds of miles from home, which Gaetz called a “huge barrier to unification.”

• Require credentialed clinicians. Fine and cancel contractors who let unqualified people treat children.

• Carry forward the medical second-opinion protections in Patterson’s Law — and go further.

• Strip the shield of sovereign immunity where contractors harm children and families through misconduct, negligence, or lies.

• Make contracts performance-based, with the Legislature actually overseeing DCF instead of trusting DCF to oversee itself.

• Spend child-welfare money on child welfare — not executive compensation and sloppy procurement.

Gaetz warned the room what taking on this agency feels like. A colleague once compared it to walking into the Okefenokee Swamp. Many enter. Many are lost. There are few happy endings.

June 10 was one of them. It should not have required a swamp.

To the people who carried this family

To Sherry Chapman and Cindy Smith, who treated a neighbor’s child like their own case file.

To Sen. Jason Pizzo, who billed nothing and showed up for everything.

To Sen. Don Gaetz, who used the power of a district to defend a constituent the system had decided to erase.

To Sens. Bradley and Grall, Reps. Boyles and Salzman, and every legislator who decided this file was not “just another dependency.”

To the families who stood in that courthouse parking lot and said me too.

To everyone who shared the bodycam, painted the Graffiti Bridge mural of a mother holding her daughter, stood vigil in Milton, donated, prayed, called, wrote, and refused to look away.

To Kenlee’s sister, who rode those twelve-hour weeks.

To Joy — gagged, exhausted, still standing.

You brought a little girl home.

The work left

Kenlee is home. The supervision clock is still running. The gag order is still in place. The legislation is still a draft. The grand jury’s 34 recommendations are still paper until they are statute.

Other children in this state are still six hours from their mothers over a disagreement a second doctor should have been allowed to settle.

So celebrate. Then stay in the fight.

What is NIHGate?

NIHGate is the effort to block access to emails by the National Institutes of Health and National Cancer Institute of evidence linking the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein — from infection or mRNA vaccines — to damaged DNA repair, suppressed tumor-suppressor genes like p53, and higher cancer risk.

A central piece of that story is a 2021 paper by Hui Jiang and Ya-Fang Mei. Published in the journal Viruses, it showed the spike protein enters the cell nucleus and interferes with DNA repair. The paper was downloaded nearly half a million times before it was pulled.

Eric O. Freed, a senior NCI scientist who also served as an editor of Viruses, co-authored an “Expression of Concern” in December 2021. The paper was fully retracted in May 2022.

Broken Truth has reported that this was not ordinary scientific correction. Emails and records show NIH and NCI staff actively managing and concealing evidence that the spike protein was linked to rising cancer rates. Freed’s dual role as both government researcher and journal editor put him at the center of the decision.

Investigative journalist Rebekah Barnett has added critical detail. In her June 2024 exclusive report, co-author Ya-Fang Mei said Stockholm University forced the retraction without her consent, calling it “a clear violation of academic ethics” and “illegal.” Mei never signed the retraction notice and strongly disputed the stated reasons.

Emails obtained by Barnett show external pressure — including repeated demands that the paper be withdrawn quickly because it was being used as “misinformation.” One activist emailed the journal insisting they could not wait for a proper scientific investigation. Freed himself stated that retraction does not require evidence of scientific misconduct. NIH later refused FOIA requests for Freed’s emails on the same Exemption 4 grounds now being litigated.

The Lawsuit

Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN), represented by Siri & Glimstad, sued the National Cancer Institute and HHS in January 2024 after the agencies refused to release records.

The FOIA request asked for two things:

• All emails between Eric Freed and Oliver Schildgen from August 20, 2021 through May 31, 2022

• All emails sent or received by Freed that contained the word “Jiang” plus any of these terms: paper, expression, concern, or retract*

These are the exact communications around the Expression of Concern and the retraction of the Jiang/Mei paper — the same paper at the heart of NIHGate and the focus of Barnett’s reporting.

The agency found 490 pages of responsive records. It withheld every single page under FOIA Exemption 4, claiming the emails reflected the journal’s confidential commercial editorial process.

What the Court Ruled (March 25, 2026)

Judge Jia M. Cobb issued a split decision:

Search was good enough

The Court ruled that searching Freed’s email account and having him confirm the results was a reasonable search. Summary judgment was granted to the government on this point.

Exemption 4 is not yet justified

The Court agreed the records are “commercial” and were “obtained from a person.” But it said the government failed to prove the records are truly confidential. The agency’s declaration did not adequately explain how it knew the journal’s privacy practices.

Both sides’ summary judgment motions on the withholdings were denied without prejudice. The government must submit more evidence. The Court left the issues of foreseeable harm and segregability for later.

Where the Case Stands Now (August 2026)

The fight is now focused only on whether the government can prove the emails are confidential under Exemption 4.

• After the March ruling, the parties agreed the government would produce new declarations.

• In June, the government sent a draft declaration from NIH Acting FOIA Officer Karen Lampe.

• ICAN reviewed it, flagged problems, and the two sides have been exchanging responses.

• As of mid-August, ICAN is still reviewing the government’s latest replies. Another status report is due in September.

No records have been released. The 490 pages remain completely withheld.

Why This Matters

These emails sit at the exact intersection of government science, journal gatekeeping, and the decision to retract research that showed the spike protein damages DNA repair pathways.

Broken Truth and Rebekah Barnett have both documented the pressure, the dual roles, and the refusal to release the underlying communications. Full disclosure is the only way to know whether the Expression of Concern and retraction were pure science — or something else.

The conversation cuts to the heart of one of the most contentious cultural battles of our time: how the original gay rights movement — focused on dignity, assimilation, and equal rights for same-sex attracted adults — was overtaken by a new ideology that prioritizes “queer” theory and the medicalization of gender-nonconforming minors.

The Old Guard vs. the New Activism

Cleghorn, who began his activism in 1993 and served on boards including Georgia Equality and Lambda Legal, describes the dramatic change after major victories like the 2015 Supreme Court same-sex marriage ruling.

“Basically, everything on the gay rights movement drop-down menu was accomplished, and rather quickly,” he tells Dolan. “But thereafter, the organizations that we as gay men and lesbian women had built… those organizations were thereafter hijacked by this extremist line of queer thinking.”

What was once a push for adults to live freely and assimilate became, in Cleghorn’s view, an aggressive campaign to proselytize to children through schools, libraries, children’s books, media, and medical clinics.

He emphasizes the timeline: notions of “trans children,” preferred pronouns for kids, and social/medical transition for minors were virtually nonexistent in the 1990s and 2000s. The explosion of pediatric gender clinics — from a handful to hundreds, including dozens specifically for children — occurred largely in the last 10–15 years.

Transgenderism as Ideology, Not Medicine

Cleghorn is blunt: transgenderism is an ideology asserting that biological sex can be changed — that a man can become a woman or vice versa, including claims that women can have penises or men can breastfeed. He calls these beliefs “irrational, illogical, and contradictory.”

He distinguishes two main categories rooted in diagnostic manuals:

• Gender dysphoria (rare, often resolves naturally after puberty in many cases).

• Transvestic disorder (significantly larger group, mostly heterosexual males with a sexual fetish involving dressing as or imagining themselves as women).

The latter group, he argues, drives much of the push for access to female-only spaces, as it provides sexual arousal.

Cleghorn stresses that gender-nonconforming children — the “sissy little boy who likes dolls” or the “tom girl who plays in the dirt” — have always existed as normal variations of human development. Today, for the first time in history, society is told these children are “sick” and require medical intervention: puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgeries.

Data from multiple countries, he notes, shows that many such children, if left alone, grow up to be same-sex attracted adults. Medicalizing them, in his words, amounts to a form of conversion therapy aimed at preventing gay outcomes while creating lifelong medical patients.

The Medical Fraud and WPATH

A central theme connecting the book’s chapters on COVID and transgender issues is medical trafficking and institutional fraud.

Cleghorn highlights the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) as a key player — an activist organization masquerading as a medical body. He points to recent actions by the Federal Trade Commission and several states filing consumer fraud lawsuits against WPATH, alleging it created a “fake medical paradigm” that misleads parents and providers for profit, with no proven long-term benefit to patients.

Systematic evidence reviews in the UK, Sweden, Norway, and a U.S. Department of Health and Human Services review have reached similar conclusions: the evidence base for pediatric gender medicine is weak, shallow, and lacking credible long-term data showing improved physical or psychological outcomes. Some studies show dramatically elevated suicide rates post-transition.

Whistleblower Jamie Reed and Real-World Harm

Cleghorn introduced Dolan to Jamie Reed, the first major U.S. pediatric gender clinic whistleblower. Reed, a lesbian and self-described progressive who worked at Washington University’s Transgender Center in St. Louis, initially wanted to help “trans kids.” After years inside the system, she concluded the clinic was harming children through rushed interventions, manipulation of parents (including suicide threats if they didn’t affirm), and inadequate mental health screening.

Reed has since testified across the country and founded the LGB Courage Coalition to protect sex-nonconforming children. Her sworn affidavit is referenced in Cleghorn’s chapter.

Parallels to COVID and the Profit Motive

Dolan and Cleghorn draw direct parallels between the two topics in “Urban Legends”: both involve coercion, lies, defrauding the public, and massive financial incentives for the medical-industrial complex. Post-Obamacare rules on “gender identity” helped fuel the clinic boom. Greedy providers, hospitals, and activist organizations profited while evidence of harm mounted.

Cleghorn notes the mainstream media’s role in institutional capture — continuing to portray the issue as “settled science” despite growing international pushback and domestic lawsuits.

Dolan’s response was immediate and forceful. She had already produced a short film on vaccine-injured individuals and decided the stories needed to be told on camera. Urban Legends captures those testimonies alongside an examination of the official narrative that the vaccines were “safe and effective,” stopped transmission, and prevented disease — claims she says were later walked back.

The book also includes sections on religious and medical exemptions, the suppression of alternative treatments like ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine, the promotion of remdesivir despite conflicting global data, and even a contributor section on what Dolan calls transgender pseudoscience. Throughout, she names names and traces the money, arguing that the entire coronavirus research enterprise operates as a profitable business model rather than pure science.

A Long-Planned “Business Model”

Dolan places Operation Warp Speed within a much longer history, tracing ideas for rapid vaccine development and pandemic preparedness back more than 20 years — including discussions during the George W. Bush administration and earlier proposals for something akin to a “Manhattan Project 2” for emerging pathogens. She details how figures like Bob Kadlec and Peter Marks helped shape the acceleration model that bypassed traditional clinical trial phases.

The book explores the network of unregulated high-containment labs worldwide (with the U.S. holding a significant share), partnerships involving China through projects like PREDICT and its successors, and the involvement of major players beyond pharma — including agriculture, mining, and foundations. Dolan argues the goal was never solely public health but the creation of a repeatable system where “vax is the answer” for any new pathogen.

Media Complicity and the Propaganda Machine

She also addresses the massive COVID Community Corps messaging campaign and questions how juries could overcome years of coordinated propaganda. Calls for Truth and Prosecution

Dolan is unequivocal: the neurological and vascular injuries from the vaccines have not been officially acknowledged, the cover-up continues, and people need to be held accountable through prosecutions for fraud. She notes that while Fauci received a preemptive pardon covering 2014–2024, many others were involved, and the underlying business model persists — evidenced by recent discussions of cancer vaccines using similar accelerated approaches.

A politically active Ohioan, he served two terms on the Akron City Council in the early 1990s, where frustration with the city law department’s responses to constituent concerns prompted him to attend law school. He earned his J.D. from the University of Akron (after a B.A. from the same institution and an M.A. from Kent State University) and was licensed to practice in the late 1990s.

His early legal victories included exposing block grant fraud and successfully defending charter amendments in Akron—cases that solidified his calling as a mission-driven attorney. Warner founded the Mendenhall Law Group (with offices in Akron, Ohio, and Boston, Massachusetts), building a practice focused on holding governments and corporations accountable.

His areas of expertise included the False Claims Act (qui tam/whistleblower litigation involving Medicare, Medicaid, defense contracting, and federal grant fraud), municipal law, eminent domain and property law, personal injury, bankruptcy, criminal defense, and small business matters. He was admitted to practice before the Ohio Supreme Court, multiple federal district and circuit courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court.Warner’s work gained national prominence during the COVID-19 era. The Ryan Heath Interview: Misuse of Anti-SLAPP Laws and a Student’s Fight for Free Speech

The episode shifts focus to a compelling case that Warner personally championed as lead counsel for the U.S. Supreme Court proceedings: G.W. v. Coronado Unified School District, et al. Ryan Heath (Arizona attorney and founder of the nonprofit Gavel Project) and co-counsel Tracy Henderson (California attorney) represent the plaintiff—a brave young woman who, as a teenager in early 2022 at Coronado High School (a performing arts school on Coronado Island in San Diego), protested the lingering mask mandates through expressive conduct.

The student would enter class, politely remove her mask, and refuse to leave, clearly conveying her disagreement with the policy. In response, over six weeks, teachers allegedly humiliated her, alienated her from classmates, kicked her out of class, denied her learning materials and the opportunity to take tests with peers, and even moved entire classes to different rooms to avoid her. She missed approximately one-third of the academic year. During a lockdown drill, she was isolated alone in an unlocked bathroom—described as a potential “fish in a barrel” scenario. Ryan Heath detailed how the school’s actions amounted to viewpoint discrimination and compelled orthodoxy, violating core First Amendment principles established in cases like Tinker v. Des Moines and West Virginia State Board of Education v. Barnette.

The lawsuit, filed in San Diego Superior Court under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (and including a California Bane Act claim for interference with civil rights by intimidation or threats), alleged expressive conduct protected by the First Amendment. The student was not disruptive, posed no danger to others, and was exercising her right to dissent peacefully. The complaint also named over 20 individual defendants alongside the school district.In a shocking turn, the school district and individual defendants filed four anti-SLAPP motions (Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation under California Code of Civil Procedure § 425.16). They argued that their own actions—punishing and silencing the student’s dissent—constituted protected free speech. The trial court granted the motions, crediting the defendants’ affidavits over the plaintiff’s sworn statements and ruling that the conduct was protected “as a matter of law” without identifying specific protected statements or actions. The California Court of Appeal (Fourth District) affirmed, skipping the required two-prong analysis: defendants failed to meet their initial burden of showing the suit arose from protected activity on a matter of public interest, yet the burden improperly shifted to the plaintiff. This led to significant attorney fee awards against the young plaintiff (now in her early 20s and a college graduate), currently in the low six figures with ongoing appeals. Co-counsel Tracy Henderson faced sanctions of $13,000 personally, a requirement to take a class, and a bar report for challenging jurisdiction in a subsequent appeal—actions Ryan Heath and Jeremy Friedman described as retaliatory.

Dr. Asim Malhotra, a British cardiologist, recounted his healthy father’s death from cardiac arrest shortly after Pfizer vaccination. He called for halting the shots.

Defense of Current Position

Dr. Julie Gralow, Chief Medical Officer of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, maintained there is no solid clinical evidence linking mRNA COVID vaccines to new or faster-growing cancers. Gralow acknowledged the need for more research on several points.

Tamika Felder, a 25-year cervical cancer survivor and advocate, shared her personal story and emphasized the success of HPV vaccines in preventing certain cancers. She agreed with Johnson that cancer patients would want to know if any environmental factor, drug, or vaccine could increase their cancer risk.

Lively Exchanges and Challenges to the Narrative

The later portion of the hearing turned into a pointed back-and-forth. Johnson challenged Gralow on the modified pseudouridine in the mRNA, its persistence in the body far beyond initial claims, biodistribution beyond the injection site (citing rat studies showing accumulation in organs), and reports of DNA contamination in the vials. Gralow acknowledged the need for further research but maintained that large population data showed no overall cancer increase.

Witnesses described clinical observations of hyperprogressive cancers and spike protein appearing in tumor tissue — something El-Deiry called completely unexpected and worthy of urgent study. Dalgleish noted coroners refused to test tumors for spike despite requests.

Multiple witnesses detailed sustained attacks on their work. El-Deiry described how his publications faced relentless campaigns on PubPeer, a platform originally meant for spotting fraud but now often used anonymously to harass researchers challenging mainstream views. He said the attacks intensified after his HHS service and publication of cancer case reports, with no findings of misconduct yet ongoing reputational damage. Johnson referred to the site as “Pub Smear” and entered a detailed blog post documenting El-Deiry’s experience into the record.

Hazen recounted papers passing rigorous peer review only to be retracted later over minor issues, sometimes by critics with competing patents. Mostert and Malhotra echoed the pattern of institutional retaliation, leaked investigations, and career threats. Dalgleish highlighted rejected papers on virus origins with the exact same phrasing from multiple journals: “not in the public interest.”

Johnson also questioned reliance on modeling studies claiming millions of lives saved, presenting actual U.S. death data that contradicted them, and criticized FDA’s VAERS algorithm that senior officials were warned would hide safety signals like sudden deaths. Haviland has conducted multiple surveys on the topic and collaborated with scientists to investigate the composition and possible causes of these clots.

Origins of the Research

The discussion referenced the 2022 documentary Died Suddenly, in which several embalmers reported finding unusual white, fibrous structures in the veins and arteries of deceased individuals, beginning around mid-2021. Haviland contacted the Ohio Embalmers Association shortly after viewing the film. The association’s president, Woody Wilson, confirmed observing similar clots, which led Haviland to launch formal surveys.

These surveys expanded from the United States to several other countries, including Canada, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. According to Haviland’s 2024 survey results, 83% of the 301 embalmers who responded (250 individuals) reported seeing the white fibrous clots, with an average occurrence in approximately 27% of the bodies they handled.

Scientific Analysis and Proposed Mechanism

Haviland is working with a team that includes retired polymer chemist Greg Harrison in Australia and neuroscientist Dr. Kevin McCarron in Japan. Their analysis suggests the clots may involve an interaction between the body’s fibrinogen (a natural clotting protein), the spike protein associated with COVID-19 vaccines, and the phospholipid nanoparticles used in mRNA vaccines.

Testing conducted on clot samples has included:

• Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS), which showed low levels of iron, potassium, and magnesium compared to typical blood clots, but elevated levels of phosphorus, sulfur, and occasionally tin.

• High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), which indicated unusual ratios of fibrinogen chains (approximately 9:4:1 for beta, gamma, and alpha chains, versus the normal 1:1:1 ratio).

Haviland noted that these findings differ from standard fibrin clots and drew a comparison to “white clot syndrome” observed decades ago in connection with certain heparin formulations.

Reports from Living Patients

Haviland also described contact with Dr. Basharat, a cardiologist and endovascular specialist in Jacksonville, Florida. According to Haviland, Dr. Basharat reported removing similar white fibrous clots from living patients in his catheterization lab over a period of several years. Communication with the physician later ended after he cited instructions from hospital administration to cease discussion of the matter.

Update from Tennessee

In June 2025, Haviland spoke at the Tennessee Funeral Directors Association annual convention at the invitation of then-president Taylor Moore. During the presentation, 18 out of 28 embalmers indicated by show of hands that they had observed the white fibrous clots in the first half of 2025. A survey conducted at the event reported the clots appearing in roughly 17% of cases, along with instances of microclotting in smaller blood vessels.

Haviland suggested that such microclots could potentially contribute to symptoms such as reduced oxygen exchange and related health issues, though he emphasized this as part of ongoing discussion.

Response from Health Authorities

Haviland stated that his outreach to the FDA and CDC over the past three years has not produced substantive responses. He also noted that many embalmers and medical professionals have been reluctant to discuss the phenomenon publicly.

In 1997 I started working at CNN. I began as an intern but eventually went up the ranks of CNN from video journalist to ultimately becoming a video editor. The experience was incredible in many ways. I was able to work with extremely talented people and was exposed to a variety of other young minds from many walks of life. At the time, I believed we cared about the news and wanted to get it right.

When I started, the network had been in a hiring freeze due to a merger with Time Warner. This began a series of hot potato mergers of Turner Broadcasting with AOL taking over, then the AOL collapse changed the company back to Time Warner, then AT&T, and lastly Discovery took control.

Throughout the years these mergers caused distress, with more and more layoffs as the world of news reporting changed. There are very few left in the network from my era. The network is even less recognizable from what it once was.

My frustration and disappointment with CNN and other ‘mainstream’ news over it’s COVID coverage resulted in the production of my film “Epidemic of Fraud.” The lack of available networks or platforms willing to release my film has only exacerbated my disappointment in the state of media. Many of these networks and platforms were my clients during my 20+ year Hollywood career.

Now there is a new purchase taking place, and unlike the others, this one could hit CNN like a freight train.

Enter Paramount

The $110 billion Paramount Skydance acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery places CNN, HBO, Warner Bros. studios, and a vast archive of internal communications under the control of David Ellison — a leader increasingly seen as conservative-leaning and committed to appealing to the broad American center. This deal marks a historic break: for the first time, CNN will be owned by someone without significant ties to the DNC establishment. Past owners and leaders maintained deep Democratic connections that shaped the network’s editorial direction.

Previous Ownership: Entrenched DNC Influence

Under Warner Bros. Discovery, CEO David Zaslav hosted high-profile Democrats at his Hamptons home, including Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer at star-studded parties alongside celebrities. Zaslav’s public alignment with Democratic figures reinforced perceptions of CNN as an extension of party messaging.

Before the 2022 WarnerMedia-Discovery merger, AT&T owned WarnerMedia (and thus CNN). AT&T’s board chairman was William E. Kennard, a former FCC chairman under Bill Clinton and Obama’s Ambassador to the EU. Kennard served on the Operating Executive Board of Staple Street Capital, the private equity firm that acquired a controlling stake in Dominion Voting Systems in 2018. This link raised serious conflict-of-interest questions.

This conflict is even more curious as Kennard was elected chairman of AT&T’s Board of Directors on November 6, 2020, exactly ONE DAY before CNN declared Biden the winner of the 2020 presidential election.

Echoes of Twitter: Ellison Should Release the “CNN Files”

Just as Elon Musk inherited Twitter and called it “both a social media company and a crime scene,” Ellison now controls WBD’s emails, Slack messages, editorial notes, and decision logs. Musk released the Twitter Files, exposing government collusion and censorship. Ellison faces a parallel — and perhaps greater — responsibility: authorize the full release of the CNN Files.

Decades of Narrative-Driven Reporting

CNN’s alleged collusion extends far beyond COVID. A consistent pattern of rushing to judgment on stories that fit progressive narratives, followed by quiet corrections or lawsuits, has eroded trust. Key examples include:

• Russia Collusion Narrative (2016–2019): CNN heavily promoted the Trump campaign’s alleged coordination with Russia, relying on the Steele dossier (later discredited). Years of breathless coverage contributed to national division before the Mueller report found insufficient evidence of conspiracy. More recently, an internal investigation by DNI head Tulsi Gabbard (and former DNC presidential candidate) stated: “The evidence that we have found and that we have released directly point to President Obama leading the manufacturing of this intelligence assessment.” CNN repeatedly was critical of Gabbard’s evidence with no neutral or positive framing appearing in its coverage of these revelations.

• Hunter Biden Laptop Suppression (2020): CNN dismissed the New York Post story as potential “Russian disinformation,” echoing a letter from 51 former intelligence officials. The laptop was later authenticated. This occurred weeks before the 2020 election.

• Jussie Smollett Hate Crime Hoax (2019): CNN embraced actor Jussie Smollett’s claim of a racist MAGA attack as emblematic of systemic racism. When evidence showed he staged it, Smollett was convicted — exposing uncritical reporting that advanced a preferred racial narrative.

• Covington Catholic Incident (2019): Initial coverage portrayed MAGA-hat-wearing students as aggressors harassing a Native American elder. Full video revealed a more nuanced story, leading to a defamation settlement by CNN with student Nick Sandmann.

• Kyle Rittenhouse Case (2020): CNN described Rittenhouse as a “vigilante” with racial motivations. After his acquittal on self-defense grounds, coverage faced sharp criticism for downplaying exculpatory evidence.

Additional patterns include alarmist climate coverage with limited dissenting voices, disproportionately negative Trump framing (documented by media watchdogs), and inconsistent Israel-Gaza reporting that has drawn internal and external accusations of bias from multiple directions.

COVID Collusion: HCQ Smears, Lab-Leak Suppression, the “Bat Market” Hoax — and Fauci as Untouchable Hero

CNN relentlessly attacked hydroxychloroquine as dangerous “Trump medicine,” amplifying the fraudulent Surgisphere study in The Lancet and NEJM (later retracted). The documentary Epidemic of Fraud exposed how media embraced these fake studies to suppress early treatments. CNN also pushed the natural-origin theory while marginalizing lab-leak evidence, aligning with official messaging.

Throughout the pandemic, CNN platformed Dr. Anthony Fauci as a heroic, almost saintly figure — a calm, infallible leader whose guidance “could not be questioned.” The network frequently portrayed him as the nation’s trusted voice of science amid chaos, running glowing segments, town halls, and interviews that elevated him to rock-star status. CNN covered Fauci merchandise like candles and socks, hosted multiple viewer Q&As with him alongside Dr. Sanjay Gupta, and framed criticism of Fauci as attacks on science itself. This hagiographic coverage contributed to a cult-like deference that discouraged scrutiny of shifting guidance on masks, origins, treatments, and lockdowns.

Last week, CNN invited Sen. Ron Johnson for an interview but abruptly canceled after he disclosed he planned to discuss internal documents showing public health officials’ cover-up of COVID vaccine harm. Johnson stated: “Not one major network has covered this story, and I was just invited to be on CNN yesterday, and I told them what I wanted to talk about, and they canceled the interview.” This incident underscores CNN’s ongoing reluctance to platform dissenting voices on pandemic-related issues.

On May 13, 2026, former CIA operations officer James Erdman III testified before the Senate Homeland Security & Governmental Affairs Committee. He stated: “Intelligence community leaders and senior analysts downplayed the possibility that the COVID pandemic originated as the result of a lab incident. Intentional or not, the IC’s actions resulted in a cover-up.”

In a surprise to no one, a visit to CNN today shows no reference of Today’s senate whistleblower hearing. Fox News is showing the hearing (which was skipped by all Democrat senators on the committee) on the front page.

Release the CNN Files

Paramount under Ellison risks the same resistance Musk faced — lawsuits, leaks, sabotage, and hysteria labeling transparency “partisan.” Yet opening the books restored credibility for X and further provided a platform that whistleblowers and those harmed by COVID countermeasures were denied for far too long.

Ellison should release the CNN Files. Publish the emails, memos, and threads showing coordination with politicians, officials, and scientists across Russia, Hunter Biden, COVID, elections, and more. This ownership shift — free of prior DNC-linked structures — makes it possible.

• Transparency Wins: Disclosure rebuilds trust more than vague reforms.

• Content Reset: Financial synergies may bring cuts; editorial reckoning could restore balance.

• Public Interest: Decades of collusion eroded institutional faith. Sunlight disinfects.

The merger carries antitrust risks worth scrutiny. But the real danger was the prior unaccountable system intertwined with political and corporate interests. David Ellison holds the keys to a massive media “crime scene.” Open the files. Expose the collusion. Let the public judge — and heed calls like Sen. Johnson’s for real media accountability. This could become not just a corporate win, but a turning point for journalistic integrity.

More needs to be done, including reviewing the 2017 AP decision to change how ‘truth’ is subjectively reported. A release of CNN files would be an excellent place to start in restoring public trust.

In a decisive ruling that mainstream media has yet to acknowledge, a Nevada district court has fully dismissed all claims against Free Speech Foundation, Inc. d/b/a America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) in a high-profile wrongful death lawsuit (case file PDF’s at bottom of the article).

The case, Estate of Jeremy Parker et al. v. Medina Culver, D.O. et al., Case No. CV23-00219 (Second Judicial District Court, Washoe County, Dept. 8), alleged that AFLDS bore responsibility for Jeremy Parker’s death after he obtained a hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) prescription through a third-party telemedicine referral listed on AFLDS’s informational website.

Dr. Simone Gold, physician, attorney, and founder of AFLDS, joined host John Davidson and co-host Jennifer Kennedy, Esq. of Freedom Counsel on BrokenTruth.TV to discuss the case, the evidence, institutional biases exposed during litigation, and the broader fight for medical freedom.

Background: A Case Amplified by Media and Politics

Jeremy Parker, 52, died suddenly on February 3, 2022, at a friend’s home in the Reno/Sparks area. His widow, Jelena Hatfield, and other family members filed suit, claiming a single therapeutic dose of HCQ — prescribed months earlier via telehealth — caused his death. The narrative was heavily promoted by The Intercept and Time Magazine, which linked the tragedy to AFLDS and “right-wing doctors” pushing repurposed COVID treatments.

Dr. Gold emphasized AFLDS’s limited role: the organization is a nonprofit focused on education, public information, essays, videos, and medical freedom advocacy. It never employed prescribing physicians, conducted telemedicine, maintained patient records, or owned telehealth platforms. It simply listed independent providers as resources for patients seeking awake doctors during a time when many physicians were restricted from early treatment options.

Court Rulings: Complete Dismissal With Prejudice

On August 29, 2025, the court held a hearing and later issued an Order Granting Defendant Free Speech Foundation, Inc. d/b/a America’s Frontline Doctors’ Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs’ Third-Amended Complaint With Prejudice. The court rejected claims of wrongful death, negligence, deceptive trade practices, and breach of contract against AFLDS.Key reasons included:

• No underlying tort or duty owed by AFLDS, a public information nonprofit.

• No viable vicarious liability (apparent authority) theory under Nevada law (NRS 41.085).

• Failure to comply with medical malpractice affidavit requirements (NRS 41A.071).

• Claims of negligent referral or supervision not recognized in Nevada.

• Lack of consideration or mutual assent for any alleged contract.

The dismissal with prejudice means the claims were so fundamentally deficient that no amendment could cure them — a strong judicial rejection.

A later Omnibus Order (addressing remaining issues) granted summary judgment to co-defendant Dr. Medina Culver, D.O., denied AFLDS’s request for attorney’s fees, and denied plaintiffs’ challenges to costs. Despite the complete victory on the merits, AFLDS was left bearing over $250,000 in defense costs after more than two years of litigation involving multiple experts (cardiologists, pathologists, and HCQ specialists) and repeated amended complaints.

The Fatal Flaws: Autopsy, Death Certificate, and Bias

The court filings and discovery highlighted glaring discrepancies:

• The autopsy documented dilated cardiomyopathy — a floppy, enlarged heart with high risk of sudden death, often linked to chronic alcohol use. This critical finding was omitted from the official death certificate.

• The death certificate, signed by Washoe County Medical Examiner Dr. Laura D. Knight, listed only: “Sudden Death In The Setting Of Therapeutic Use Of Hydroxychloroquine.”

• Parker received 10 tablets (2,000 mg total) in August 2021; his wife maintained he took only one. Blood levels were sub-therapeutic. HCQ experts confirmed a single 200 mg dose could not cause death.

• Emails between coroners revealed political skepticism toward HCQ and AFLDS, raising questions about scientific objectivity in a legal document with major financial and reputational consequences.

Plaintiffs’ expert evidence was weak compared to the defense’s high-caliber specialists. The prescribing physician’s motion for summary judgment was also granted, further underscoring the lack of causation.

Media Role and Ambulance-Chasing Allegations

Dr. Gold criticized The Intercept and Time for sloppy reporting that ignored basic facts: the prescription header showed a separate telehealth platform (not AFLDS), the prescription predated death by months, and AFLDS had no direct involvement. No reporters contacted AFLDS for comment. Attorney Luke Busby was described as continuing the case long after evidence showed it was meritless.

Why This Case Mattered

This lawsuit was part of a larger pattern: using tragedy to discredit safe, generic, decades-old medications like HCQ, intimidate early-treatment advocates, and chill free speech on medical issues. AFLDS’s survival and the with-prejudice dismissal represent a victory for truth over narrative.As Dr. Gold noted, defending the case drained significant resources from a modest nonprofit doing vital work — including amicus briefs supporting medical freedom cases at the U.S. Supreme Court on Emergency Use Authorization issues.

We teased this update on April 23rd during a visit to the latest court hearing in Milton, Florida, but now that it’s public knowledge, we are able to report it.

The Kenlee case received national attention when 3 now-removed DCF workers were caught on camera smirking and grinning during the abduction of Kenlee from her mother Joy under armed police oversight. Joy had concerns with a black-box warning drug that doctors wanted her daughter to take, resulting in the taking of the child before many of us got involved and raised attention to the family’s plight. The situation had become so twisted that, as of February, the state was attempting to terminate Joy’s parental rights and put Kenlee up for adoption.

OANN allowed me to share Joy and Kenlee’s story in February.

The case highlighted other significant cases with Florida’s DCF. We recently interviewed Tasha Patterson in her fight against medical kidnapping by the state after a hospital failed to diagnose a child with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome which caused bone fractures.

This case led to “Patterson’s Law”, allowing families to obtain additional medical review before DCF forcibly removes children from their parents. The bill is currently waiting on Governor Ron Desantis’s signature.

Human Rights attorney Leigh Dundas also brought to light another case involving child abuse in Florida.

We recently proposed Kenlee’s Law, encouraging reform in Florida’s DCF and a way to protect families from government overreach. Notably, the law would require recordings for all DCF interactions, transparency about state medical abductions, and remove qualified immunity for judges and government workers who commit fraud upon the court.

This case is far more than one family’s tragedy. It directly inspired Patterson’s Law, a groundbreaking piece of Florida legislation designed to prevent similar injustices by guaranteeing families facing DCF allegations the right to a second medical opinion.

The Medical Beginnings: A High-Risk Pregnancy and Fragile Infants

Tasha’s twins were born prematurely at 34 weeks and 6 days via C-section. The pregnancy was complicated by preeclampsia, oligohydramnios (low amniotic fluid), breech presentation, and premature rupture of membranes. One twin spent 24 hours in the NICU; the other required two weeks due to breathing issues. After discharge, the infants were home for only six to seven weeks but showed persistent fussiness. Multiple doctor visits and ER trips attributed the symptoms to colic or reflux, with treatments like Pepcid and rice cereal in formula offering little relief.

During a late-night ER visit for the second twin, pressure marks from a Velcro swaddle prompted a full child abuse workup. Skeletal surveys revealed numerous fractures in both twins — ribs, metaphyseal injuries, and more. DCF immediately removed the children, law enforcement launched a criminal investigation, and Tasha was arrested in the street after being followed from her home. A relative gained temporary custody, but the family faced strictly supervised visitation.

Crucially, new fractures continued to appear even after removal — including while the twins were in the relative’s care under constant supervision and during a subsequent hospital stay. One relative described holding an infant who pushed against his chest, resulting in an audible “pop,” visible deformity, and a confirmed new fracture on X-ray. The baby did not cry, a key indicator of underlying bone fragility.

A Chorus of Expert Testimony: Metabolic Bone Disease and Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome

Tasha, a trained Nurse Practitioner, had suspected her own connective tissue issues prior to the births and was already pursuing genetic evaluation. Post-removal, the family assembled an extraordinary team of specialists whose findings were unanimous and compelling:

Dr. Marvin E. Miller, M.D., a leading expert in infant bone fragility, identified a perfect storm of risk factors for Metabolic Bone Disease (MBD): twin pregnancy (increased calcium demand), prematurity, maternal magnesium sulfate (used for preterm labor, which weakens fetal bones), antacids like Tums/Pepcid/Nexium (interfere with mineral absorption), oligohydramnios, and short umbilical cords limiting fetal movement and bone loading. He emphasized that fragility fractures in weakened bones occur with normal handling, lack associated bruising or severe internal thoracic injuries (unlike abusive fractures), and are transient, peaking in early infancy.

Dr. Anthony Perszyk, M.D., a Florida geneticist often consulted by child protection teams, clinically diagnosed Tasha with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (h-EDS) based on her Beighton score of 9/9, POTS, TMJ dysfunction, soft tissue injuries, GI issues, and pregnancy complications. He confirmed the twins also have the condition. Their abnormal bone matrix (due to defective collagen) predisposes to fractures during birth, NICU care, and routine infant handling. Perszyk noted genetic testing for h-EDS is frequently negative but does not negate the strong clinical diagnosis.

Dr. Michael Holick evaluated Tasha and raised clear concerns for h-EDS.

Dr. David Ayoub, collaborating with Dr. Miller on radiology, documented classic signs of healing rickets and MBD: craniotabes (soft skull spots), rachitic rosary (cupped ribs), subperiosteal new bone formation, ulnar cupping, and more. An early radiologist had noted decreased bone mineralization, only to issue a suspicious addendum reversing that finding.

Dr. Eli H. Newberger, M.D., founder of the Child Protection Team at Boston Children’s Hospital with six decades of experience diagnosing over 3,000 abuse cases, provided a detailed expert opinion supporting a medical etiology.

Dr. Gerard Pals, Ph.D., an international authority on Osteogenesis Imperfecta and rare bone diseases, reviewed imaging and determined that alleged “skull fractures” were actually congenital accessory sutures and ossification defects — common in bone fragility disorders but frequently misread by radiologists as trauma. Many rib fractures dated to the perinatal or NICU period.

The twins’ own treating geneticist later provided additional reports reinforcing a genetic/connective tissue disorder.

Legal Battles, Systemic Barriers, and Denied Justice

Despite this mountain of evidence, the dependency court limited testimony in the reopened termination trial to only two experts. The judge credited the state’s witness over the family’s specialists. Appeals, including to the Florida Supreme Court via habeas corpus, were denied — often within days and without full hearings. New evidence (injury dating, genetic findings, former CPT doctor urging reconsideration) was rejected as “reinterpretation” rather than “new.”

Valentina Villalobos highlighted procedural issues: parents advised to plead the Fifth in civil dependency cases (due to parallel criminal charges that never went to full trial), allowing judges to draw negative inferences; alleged conflicts with the presiding judge’s donations to involved hospitals (Joe DiMaggio); and broad immunities protecting Child Protection Teams and hospitals from accountability.

Tasha never received a full opportunity to testify. The emotional toll is profound: “This is harder than jail… These are my kids.” The twins, now receiving proper treatment for their condition, still cry for “Mommy Tasha” at the end of visits.

Patterson’s Law: Turning Personal Tragedy into Systemic Reform

Tasha’s case became the namesake and driving force behind Patterson’s Law, a critical reform addressing one of the most glaring failures in Florida’s child welfare system — the lack of access to independent medical expertise in abuse allegations.

The legislation ensures that parents facing DCF-related allegations involving medical child abuse or unexplained injuries have the statutory right to obtain a second medical opinion from a qualified specialist. It passed both the Florida Senate and House with strong bipartisan support and was awaiting the governor’s signature at the time of the interview (effective date July 1 following passage).

Patterson’s Law represents a vital safeguard. As John Davidson and the family noted, it acknowledges that rushed diagnoses — especially in complex premature infant or genetic cases — can destroy families without due process. It counters financial incentives in the system (federal Title IV-E funding tied to removals) and the tendency of some Child Protection Teams to “dig in” due to immunity protections.

Tasha and her advocates hope the law will not only help future families but exert moral and practical pressure on the judiciary and DCF to revisit cases like hers where truth and new evidence have been sidelined in favor of finality.

A Pattern of Overreach?

The interview touched on systemic issues: families losing children after seeking medical care for legitimate conditions, ignored exculpatory evidence, and the human cost when “finality supersedes the truth.” Tasha’s stepson (then 8) testified to a loving home with no violence — testimony disregarded. The relative who observed fractures under supervision also provided powerful testimony.

Freedom Council and similar organizations emphasize that while intervention is sometimes necessary, cases involving no prior history, no criminal record, and strong medical defenses deserve rigorous scrutiny — including second opinions now enabled by Patterson’s Law.

Current Status and How to Help

With appeals exhausted and adoption imminent, the family faces limited legal avenues but continues advocating. The twins remain with a relative and are receiving appropriate genetic care, yet the separation persists despite supervised visitation and clear medical exoneration.

In what can only be described as a reckless threat to public health, former CNN journalist John Davidson sat down with notorious anti-vaccine activist and part-time horse doctor Dr. Mary Bowden on the latest episode of Broken Truth.

What was supposed to be a serious interview quickly turned into an embarrassing display of Bowden dodging basic facts, refusing to apologize for her crimes against consensus, and somehow still sounding reasonable. Sources close to reality are concerned.

From the moment Davidson opened with the hard-hitting discussion about whether she starts every patient visit with a rectal exam, it was clear this would be no ordinary podcast. Bowden, clearly rattled, tried to clarify that she is in fact an otolaryngologist — a claim this program has not independently verified.

“If the vaccines were dangerous, CNN would have told us”

Davidson repeatedly pressed the Houston ear doctor on why she won’t just trust the real experts: Dr. Bill Gates, Dr. Peter Hotez, and Dr. (Esq.) Dorit Reiss. Bowden’s refusal to accept Bill Gates’ medical degree was particularly alarming.

At one point, the host heroically offered her oats. She asked for beef jerky. Typical.

Bowden also continued her bizarre conspiracy theory that a $26,000 judgment against her by the $13 billion “nonprofit” Houston Methodist Hospital somehow doesn’t count as losing. She further claimed — without evidence — that her medical license was never actually revoked. This reporter remains skeptical.

“Next question.”

When asked to define what a vaccine is, Davidson wisely pivoted. When confronted with the ironclad retracted LancetSurgisphere study that proved hydroxychloroquine was killing MAGA patients, Bowden muttered something about Harvard doctors getting in trouble. Classic deflection.

The low point came when Davidson courageously raised the OnlyFans pharmacist who bravely sounded the alarm early in the pandemic. Instead of taking career advice like a professional, Bowden declined. Some people just can’t be helped.

Final Verdict from People Who Matter

Dr. Bowden ended the interview by encouraging viewers to buy her book — which, according to our fact-checkers, does not come with crayons (yet). Davidson closed by congratulating her on her grift and reminding everyone he is definitely not thirst trap Mikki Willis.

At the IMA’s 2026 conference, focused on emerging trends in medicine, host John Davidson sat down with pathologist and Independent Medical Alliance Head of Medical and Scientific Affairs, Dr. Ryan Cole. Dr. Cole, a board-certified pathologist with clinical experience in emergency rooms, urgent care, and family medicine, has long advocated for early treatment protocols and patient-centered care. He briefly served with America’s Frontline Doctors and faced intense scrutiny from the Washington Medical Commission for his public statements and prescribing practices during the COVID era. That disciplinary process, which restricted aspects of his license, now appears to be winding down. Dr. Cole expressed hope that a recent 8-1 U.S. Supreme Court ruling on free speech in medicine and therapy has prompted Washington regulators to reconsider their position. “The First Amendment matters. The Constitution matters,” he said, adding that he remains ready to fight to the end if needed.

Today, Dr. Cole leads policy and educational efforts for the IMA, including state and federal legislative work, visits to HHS, conferences, and webinars. He also balances life as an organic farmer in Idaho—raising vegetables, livestock, and tending 200 fruit trees—while keeping up with his six daughters. His mission is simple yet profound: help people reclaim health through straightforward, nature-aligned practices.

A Personal Introduction to Red Light Therapy

The discussion turned quickly to photobiomodulation, the topic of Dr. Cole’s conference presentation. His interest began with a personal injury three years ago: tearing his bicep tendon while throwing a bale of hay on his farm. His physical therapist predicted months of twice-weekly sessions. Skeptical but open, Dr. Cole encountered a red light device at a dinner in Toronto. After just 20 minutes, his pain dropped from 7/10 to 2/10, and his range of motion improved noticeably.

Doubting the placebo effect at first, the scientist in him dug deeper. The rest powers compressors, air conditioners, and refrigerators. We’re starving our signaling pathways, messing with blood sugar and mood—all in the name of reductionism.”

He pointed to history: Danish physician Niels Ryberg Finsen won the 1903 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for using red light (via carbon arc lamps) to treat smallpox scarring and skin tuberculosis (lupus vulgaris). Medicine once embraced light therapy, then largely forgot it—perhaps because such modalities can’t easily be patented or monetized.

Dr. Cole emphasized the bigger picture: returning to natural light cycles. “Get up, meet the sunshine, set your body clock. Get real-world experience instead of living in a box with fake light all day.”

Glyphosate, the Microbiome, and “Death by Government”

“It also binds essential minerals needed for amino acids and proteins,” he explained. The result? Everyday meals deliver an unintended dose of antibiotic without consent, harming the microbiome that supports immunity, digestion, and overall health. “We wonder why everybody’s sick,” Dr. Cole said. “We’re poisoning our food, our light, our water (with fluoride), our air, and our medicines—then acting surprised at rising chronic illness, metabolic disorders, autoimmune conditions, and even gender confusion linked to endocrine disruptors like atrazine.”

He highlighted elevated Parkinson’s rates among farmers and golfers (heavy spray areas) and criticized efforts to grant agricultural chemical companies legal immunity similar to that for vaccines. On his own farm, weeds and pests exist, but nature finds balance. “Mother Nature is no fool. She knows what we need. We keep trying reductionist fixes and thinking we can do it better.”

The discussion led to medicine at a crossroads: increasingly “Orwellian” systems on one side versus open-minded groups like the IMA exploring overlooked therapies—including red light, DMSO, and chlorine dioxide—alongside fundamentals like real food and natural rhythms.

That phone call between Woodcock and Bright on March 24, 2020, is the smoking gun. Bright’s own sworn whistleblower complaint and congressional testimony confirm Woodcock pushed the restrictive EUA to block outpatient use. The film also notes Woodcock’s deep ties to the opioid crisis (she oversaw approvals of OxyContin and fentanyl) and her editorial role at the New England Journal of Medicine when it published the fraudulent Surgisphere study that torpedoed HCQ.

On the recorded call with FOIA Branch Chief Guruprasad Udapi, he told me straight: there were 1,100 requests ahead in the queue and I should expect “at least 24 months” before processing. No expedited treatment, even with public interest and congressional documents already public. We agreed to keep the request alive.

28 Months Later: Zero Progress, Zero Response, Still Listed in FDA’s Own Logs

It’s now March 31, 2026 — 28 months past filing. The FDA’s own February 2026 FOIA Received Log and FY 2024 log both still list #2023-9711 with no closure date, no partial release, and no indication of any processing whatsoever. It is exactly where Udapi said it would be: buried in the date-ordered queue.

There is nowhere on any FDA portal showing movement on this request. The agency has simply gone radio silent.

What Are They Hiding?

Epidemic of Fraud already proved the collaboration existed through Bright’s whistleblower complaint, congressional records, and Woodcock’s own refusal to comment on biological-weapon defense uses of HCQ. The FOIA was filed to give the public the complete email chain — or to let Woodcock and Bright explain themselves.

Instead, the FDA has chosen 28 months of deliberate delay and non-response. Even with Secretary Kennedy now leading HHS and demanding transparency, the career bureaucrats at CDER’s FOIA office continue the cover-up.

This is not backlog. This is protection of the officials who shaped the “hospital-only” policy that contributed to unnecessary deaths while 52 other countries used HCQ successfully.

Woodcock is no longer with the FDA. She anounced her retirement 8 days after I told her my film was coming out. Rick Bright works at The Rockefeller Foundation as the Senior Vice President of Pandemic Prevention and Response. A role that is ironic since, according to Bright’s unsworn testimony to the House Committee he had never heard of hydroxychloroquine prior to 2020. Remember, HCQ was based on the first chemical compound ever used to treat an infectious disease. Hm.

Pasitney recounted how the nightmare started in December 2024. A handful of ostriches fell ill after contact with migratory birds. Two deceased birds tested positive for H5N1 via PCR by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA). The agency — Canada’s equivalent of the USDA or FDA — ordered the immediate destruction of the entire flock under its rigid “stamping-out” policy. The birds? They were not poultry. They were ratites — a distinct family including ostriches, emus, and rheas — and the vast majority had already recovered. Many had natural antibodies from prior exposure dating back to 2020, creating what Pasitney called a “living laboratory” of herd immunity.

The family fought for 314 days, begging for live testing, offering expert witnesses, and pleading with the CFIA, courts, and even international voices like RFK Jr. and Dr. Mehmet Oz. They presented evidence that the flock posed zero risk: flightless birds, geographically isolated 135 km from any major city, on a farm dedicated to antibody research rather than meat or eggs. The CFIA refused. No onsite testing of survivors was allowed — their own policy threatened farmers with up to $200,000 fines per animal or six months in jail for attempting to test or treat. The agency even struck the family’s expert reports from judicial review.

Then came November 6–7, 2025. After the Supreme Court of Canada refused to hear the final appeal, CFIA agents, backed by RCMP, turned the farm into a kill zone. Pasitney described it as “the most brutal possible way” — a theatrical display of force with unmarked marksmen, hay-bale kill pens, and high-capacity rounds that aerosolized blood and tissue across the property. Officially, 314 ostriches were culled. The family insists the body count in the field didn’t add up. They suspect many hens — the source of their prized antibody science — were quietly removed in the dead of night (2:30–4:30 a.m. operations behind the pens) for study. Left behind: blood-soaked straw bales, shell casings, unspent rounds, and discarded syringes. The family is now testing the syringe contents, believing the birds were being experimented on before execution.

Key Updates from the Interview

The fight didn’t end with the gunfire. Pasitney revealed major post-cull developments:

• Tribunal Victories and Fines: The family faced two $10,000 fines. They lost the first for allegedly failing to report the initial illness (despite phone logs showing they contacted vets immediately). But they won the second on a critical technicality: the CFIA improperly served quarantine documents by email instead of hand-delivering them with a proper risk assessment. The tribunal judge rejected the agency’s excuses — weather, protesters, lack of RCMP — noting they somehow mobilized hundreds of officers for the cull. Pasitney pointed out the absurdity: from February 26 to September 22, 2025, during the supposed “most virulent threat,” CFIA never conducted a single onsite visit after dropping off the improperly served papers in a plastic baggie.

• Posthumous Testing Bombshell: A longtime farm supporter secretly tested a bird after the cull. Result? Negative for active avian influenza — exactly as the family had claimed all along.

• Successful Treatment the CFIA Ignored: While barred from treating their own animals, the family used hypochlorous acid (HOCl) in the water at a 5% solution. Symptoms vanished across the flock. No more deaths. The CFIA showed zero interest in this low-cost, effective mitigation — even as it could have protected supply chains and trading partners.

• Evidence of Pre-Planned Cull: Shockingly, the local landfill was contacted in November 2024 — before any birds showed symptoms in December — about accepting ostrich carcasses. The CFIA had already lined up disposal before the outbreak was even confirmed.

• Science Theft Allegations: During one visit, CFIA agents asked where the family stored “COVID-19 antibodies.” In March 2025, the agency quietly granted funds to a Quebec lab to develop antibody diagnostic test kits — the exact innovation Universal Ostrich had offered using their recovered flock’s bloodwork. Pasitney believes their science made them a target: competition for Big Pharma and government-controlled solutions.

• Ongoing Legal Battle: Attorney Shane Dukas of Vernon, BC, is handling the case, with the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF) taking the constitutional portion. A compensation request has been pending for 2–3 months. The family is challenging search warrants, their own arrests (for feeding their animals after being “baited” to the back of the farm), Charter rights violations, and even the wrong address listed on every quarantine document — potentially rendering the entire quarantine illegal. They also discovered their bloodwork shows H5N1 antibodies, yet they remain healthy — further proof the virus is not the apocalyptic threat portrayed.

Pasitney named the birds that were family: Peter (her mother’s protector), Q-tip (the tall, fuzzy-headed giant), Big Bear (always pacing for attention), Regretta (the bruising pecker), Annabelle, Colin (half-blind but full of life), and dozens more that trusted humans until the end. “They destroyed my mom’s identity,” she said. These were 20- to 35-year-old breeder stock, not six-month meat birds.

The interview painted a broader picture: misclassification of ratites as poultry, a “one-size-fits-all” policy that ignores science, and what Pasitney and the hosts described as part of a larger agenda — food control, genetic biodiversity loss, and the push toward lab-grown meat under the 2030 framework. “He who controls the food controls the people,” they noted.
